I was reading McSpocky's "What are You thankful for" and reading through it, each comment reminded me that I have so many blessings, they need a column of their own! It's snowing like mad here, but we had a lovely, if short, summer. I have a warm, secure home to live in and share …

Hello old friend... I know our paths have crossed before, but probably not in this lifetime!
Hey, thanks for the comment! Friend request sent
I'm so excited to make it on your friend list. Thanks for the honor.
Okay, you got it! I wrote a little more about myself on my column, actually I left myself a comment about myself... WEIRD! It is now on the top of the column. So go back there lady, and get your read on.
Hi, G.H. Thanx for leaving me a comment, very nice for sure. What do you mean there is nothing about myself on my page. I mean, I don't disclose too much because I am kinda freaked out by nut- people, but there is a little bit.. did you see? Anyway, I love your stories, especially those about your park ranger days, I just enjoy reading you wherever I see you. Read you soon!
Hey Lady! I'm so glad we've become friends! Thansk for the great comments and keep writing and I'll keep reading!

Hi G.H.
Thanks for the comment. I'll definitely need help with how to post my article, when i write it, because i have no idea. I have a lot of questions on how to do that on newsvine so be prepared. :)
G.H. I have very much enjoyed your Park Ranger articles and treasure that
we are now friends here and otherwise. I am looking forward to more
of your written articles and your emails. Glad that we are of like opinions
and life experiences. Take care and you know you are in my prayers.

Hi G.H.
I want to thank you for your comment on the topic about which women are sexier. I hope I didn't come across as generalizing American men because that wasn't me intention. I just don't like people stereotyping about women and I especially don't like the double standards. I have a lot of strong women in my family and I don't think men appreciate women enough. All the superficial comments on that article really annoyed me as well. Anyway, i've read some of your stories here and I think they're very insightful and awesome. Hopefully, i can write a cool article here one day. If I write something about the strength, endurance and beauty of American women in movies and literature, do you think many people would read it. Or do you think it would sound corny?
Hope to see you around.
Always a smile, a story, a bit of herself that she shares graciously with all of us here at "Da Vine"...Thank you G.H. for sharing yourself with us, me, especially!
*Smiles*

G.H. Thank you! It is nice to talk kindly. It's ok to disagree, don't know why (some) have to be so disagreeable about it. I like to think, that perhaps some are just having a bad day. Other times, I can't help but think that some are just very unhappy people.
Blessings ...
You are unique and I am glad to have you as a friend. I smile once in a while for just remembering that you exist. Amongst other things, you have a quality that I lack, yet admire a lot... and I am not going to confess and tell you what it is. I know, I know: I should tell... but I won't.

Thank you so much Mandelman (as I blush attractively) HEE That is quite a compliment!

G.H. is an example of what makes the Vine THE place to be. She's got insight and perspective that I enjoy and a sense of humor that I appreciate... a lot.
